Completely removed the existing fireplace, hearth and fireback and enlarged the opening so we could recess the stove fully. We fitted a new hearth and clad the fire recess with reclaimed bricks and built two pillars which we plastered and then topped with a reclaimed timber mantle. Finished with spot lights with a dimmer switch.
We plumbed the Boiler Stove to the existing heating system, providing heat to 7 radiators as well as hot water for house hold use.
